A family-run business in operation since 1979, Scullion Hurls provides a unique look into hurling, Ireland’s oldest game. 3,000 years old, hurling is a thrilling, dangerous sport – and visitors can learn how hurls/hurleys (the ‘stick’ used to play the game) are made. Set in Loughguile, a beautiful village in North Antrim, visitors can visit the Économusée, a ‘working museum’/workshop for a tour or demo, and to learn about the family behind the hurley making.
