Sip the local specialties in exclusive settings

    WATER OF LIFE

There’s a reason the Celts use the term Uisge Beatha, meaning ‘water of life’ in reference to their most celebrated drink. As the Irish proverb goes, ‘Today’s rain is tomorrow’s whiskey’ and the Celtic Isles have both in abundance. The water here gives life to industry and flavors that are renowned worldwide, with location, process and adding or omitting the 'e' when spelling Whisky or Whiskey adding to the distinct profile of each dram.

  • Guests blend their own whisky on their Celtic vacation

    EXCLUSIVE MASTERCLASSES

Explore, expound and understand the nature of drinks through masterclasses at select distilleries and locations. An exclusive education can be arranged for our most dedicated guests. If refinement and further cultivation of knowledge is wanted, we have connections to exemplary teachers.

  • Taste a selection of Whiskey at the Dingle Benners Hotel in Ireland

    TASTING EXPERIENCES

From novice to knowledgeable, there’s an experience for you. We can connect you with connoisseur and private tastings, or perhaps light taste-made aromatic floral sips, stirs and pours, a refined cocktail making education or lead you to venturing into a reserved cellar to claim a batch as one of your own.

DISTILLED TO PERFECTION

What is it that makes the Celtic spirits, well, so spirited? It’s what goes into it - the grains and botanicals, the woods and barrels, the smoke and peats, the passions of purveyors, producers and pioneers and above all, the element that connects us all, water. Our Celtic lands are surrounded by it, inundated with it. Its power makes its mark on whatever we do.
