From hidden gems to the must-see sights, you decide which activities you want to experience and what delights you want to indulge in as part of your very own Celtic story.
Described as a ‘place of pilgrimage for plant lovers’, Branklyn Garden is an idyllic getaway for fans of the great outdoors.
Set across a two-acre hillside garden, Branklyn Garden is cared for by the National Trust for Scotland. Offering a peaceful oasis, keen botanists are in for a treat of sights and smells from a miasma of flora, predominantly from China, Tibet, Bhutan, and the Himalayas.
Year-round, the garden flourishes and includes dog’s tooth violet, magnolias, and the scented katsura tree which emits a delicious scent when its leaves turn in the autumn.
