Nico’s extensive sales, marketing and management experience coupled with his in-depth understanding of the US travel marketplace provides Brendan with comprehensive insight and expertise in worldwide travel. As an industry veteran, he brings with him over 19 years senior executive level experience in the tour wholesaling, tourism board, aviation and rail sectors with Rail Europe Group, the Netherlands Board of Tourism and Sabena Airlines. Most recently, Nico served as president of US FIT (Foreign Independent Travel) operator Travel Bound and GTA North America Wholesale. A strategic, tactical and operational leader by nature, he places heavy emphasis on building relationships within the company. This holistic approach to effective general management has consistently helped him propel his companies to new heights in the past. Originally from New York, Nico now resides in the Greater Los Angeles area.


Whitney has had multiple management roles with Brendan in the Reservations, Operations, Sales and Marketing departments. Currently, she oversees Brendan's Sales, Marketing and Product departments providing strategic direction and focus. She previously worked with Qantas Vacations after graduation as a documentation agent and later became the company’s Operations Manager. She stayed with Qantas for 11 years before joining Brendan as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 1996.


Upon finishing his education in the Netherlands, Gordon, was employed in the sales and marketing department of a small specialist group tour operator in Baltimore, MD. He started his career with the Travel corporation in the role of regional sales manager for Contiki Holidays in 1996. After receiving a promotion to Sales Director UK and Europe he moved to London, England. After nearly 9 years in the UK, he returned to the USA in 2007, to join Brendan as Director of Sales and Marketing. Gordon was promoted to Vice President in May of 2009.


Bonnie has had over 20 years experience in the travel industry. She began her career as a retail travel agent before joining Trafalgar Tours as District Sales Manager where she spent three years. After Trafalgar, Bonnie joined the cruising sector with Royal Caribbean Cruises Line where she held three positions:  District Sales Manager, Key Account Manager and Sales Coach. She stayed with RCCL for 9 years before joining Travelbound as National Account Manager.



Doug comes to Brendan with over 20 years experience with Collette Vacations where he held positions as District Sales Manager then Regional Sales Manager - Northeast and finally as National Accounts Manager handling AAA and other key consortia accounts.  For a number of years, he also handled airline contracting and pricing for all escorted & FIT products while managing key airline relationships. He has a great understanding of sales, marketing, product development, and air contracting and has excellent client relationships within the travel industry.


As Brendan’s director of Reservations and Operations, Bronwyn manages the reservations center together with operations and ticketing. Being a 12 year veteran of the travel industry, she has extensive knowledge of airfare consolidation, wholesale distribution and destination information while having been able to travel extensively throughout the South Pacific, Western and Eastern Europe and Asia. Bronwyn attended AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel agents) Travel College and later graduated with high distinctions. She became Director of Reservations in August of 2007 and Director of Reservations and Operations in April of 2009 and has been with Brendan since 2004.


Michelle manages all financial reporting and accounting functions at Brendan. She has a B.A. degree from Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana and continued her education at UCLA after moving to California from the midwest in 1990. She held management positions in banking at the Industrial Bank of Japan and in insurance at Tristar Risk Management before coming to the travel industry as Controller at Brendan Vacations in 2005.


In this capacity, he produces 10-15 travel catalogues each year, expanding and refining our product lines to meet current trends and market demands. Todd has considerable experience in the travel industry, dating back to his college days when he was hired during the summer months as a Tour Director, guiding British, Australian and American tourists through the Canadian Rockies. He has been involved with product and brochure planning since the mid-1990s, working for several top tour operators and has been with Brendan since 2001. In addition to his professional experience, Todd has traveled extensively throughout the world, visiting more than 50 countries and having set foot on every continent at least once.


Carl heads information technology at Brendan with over 34 years of experience in IT and travel. In 1999, he moved to Brendan Worldwide Vacations from DER Travel Services as Director of Information Services to build a new, state of the art automation/information infrastructure and has been working at it ever since, with great success. A native Californian, Carl served in the US army for 6 years.
