If you are having problems logging in, try these tips:
Check that you have the correct booking reference number. This will be the letter and number combination listed on your documentation.
Make sure that your name was given to your travel agent. In some cases travel agents may only use the name of the lead passenger for the entire booking.
If the above does not work then call your travel agent or the organisation you booked your tour through. They will check your booking to ensure your details have been correctly recorded.
Please note that you will only be able to complete Express Check-In if you have paid a deposit on your booking and payment has been received by Brendan.
