The easiest way to Check-In!

Many hotels and the governments of some countries require visitors to disclose personal information upon registration for each overnight stay. Brendan's Express Check-In allows you to provide all of your essential details prior to your departure, so that you don’t have to fill out any additional forms on the first day of your Escorted Vacation. The information you supply will automatically be provided to your Tour Director, eliminating the need for you to submit and collect your passport at each hotel.

Ask your Brendan Specialist if Express Check-In is available for your Escorted Vacation. If it is, you will have access to it after you have put a deposit on your booking.

Your Express Check-In form must be received at least 15 days prior to your departure date. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you are not comfortable providing this information electronically, you can fill in the same form on tour, the day you meet your Tour Director.

All members of your party can log in individually (provided all names were submitted at the time of booking), or the lead passenger can check-in for your group - it's up to you.

Please ensure prior to starting your check in you have all of the following information:

• Full names as they appear on the passport
• Full physical address
• Full passport details including:
• Nationality
• Date of Birth
• Birth City
• Country of Birth
• Passport # (only if you are travelling outside of your home country)
• Country of Issue (only if you are travelling outside of your home country)
• Date of Issue (only if you are travelling outside of your home country)
• Expiry Date (only if you are travelling outside of your home country)
• Contact information in case of an emergency:
• Name of emergency contact
• Phone # of emergency contact
• Relationship of emergency contact to you
